I have been in education since 1999, a top rated Realtor®  for over 19 years among my consumers & my peers. I am also a former public school teacher  in which that training and experience is priceless and remains much in my spirit and enthusiasm.   I became approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission in 2014 to teach real estate 30 hour QE (qualifying education courses, CE electives and non electives) in an effort to keep real estate agents updated on TREC/TRELA rules and changes concerning their real estate business.  Recently, I became an approved instructor through a co-sponsorship agreement with Texas Realtors to teach the NAR Code of Ethics course though KIPREE aka Knowledge Is Power Real Estate Education. I am always striving for excellence.
